Our first show could not have been any better. Ben Rogers, Craig Mechler (Khingfisher), and Jody Glenham were all absolutely wonderful. We had a packed house, and absolutely everyone listened intently and had a great time. Stay tuned for details on next months show.

For The Sake Of The Song Sundays

Presented by: The Sumner Brothers & The River Vintage.

'For The Sake Of The Song Sundays' is a simple concept, the name says it all. A place where the 'song' is allowed to breathe and to shine. We bring you the very best songwriters finding themselves somewhere within the broad spectrum of 'roots music'. We set them up in a magical, unique venue; a place where people listen and where songs are heard. We have found that venues catering to folk music are few and far between, and often incredible songwriters and their songs are lost in the noise of loud clubs and bars.

Please bring what you can afford to part with.

We will be doing donations for the artists who often are struggling to make ends meet. What little we can send them home with will help them to continue doing what they are doing.

We will have cheap beer and wine, warming our hearts and minds.

Lastly, The River Vintage is full of incredible vintage clothing, and will always be open for business before, after, and in between acts.
